Indication
Postnatal nutritional support for new mothers during and after breast-feeding. Comprehensive multivitamin and mineral tablets with 700 mg calcium plus high-purity Omega-3 capsules providing 300 mg DHA, which contributes to the normal brain and eye development of breast-fed infants. A 28-day dual pack (56 tablets + 28 Omega-3 capsules).

- Folic Acid 400 µg
- Vitamin D3 10 µg
- Vitamin K 70 µg
- Vitamin C 70 mg
- Vitamin B6 10 mg
- Vitamin B12 6 µg
- Iron 16 mg
- Zinc 15 mg
- Magnesium 150 mg
- Iodine 150 µg
Direction
Take two (2) Pregnacare Breast-feeding tablets per day plus one (1) Omega-3 capsule per day, with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated. If any unusual reaction occurs
- consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions
- Contains vitamin K and Omega
- 3
- those taking anticoagulants (blood thinners) should not take this product except on the advice of a doctor. Contains soya and fish. Contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Store below 25°C in a dry place
- out of sight and reach of children.
