Pregnacare with Folic Acid 400 µg per capsule

Indication

A careful balance of 16 vitamins and minerals including folic acid, developed to help safeguard dietary requirements before conception, through all of pregnancy and up until the end of breast-feeding. Provides 400 µg folic acid plus vitamin B12 and zinc for the mother and baby.

• Betacarotene 4.2 mg
• Iron 20 mg
• Zinc 15 mg
• Magnesium 150 mg
• Iodine 140 µg
• Copper 1 mg

Direction

One capsule per day with or immediately after your main meal, with water or a cold drink. Should only be taken on a full stomach. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. If any unusual reaction occurs
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Contains iron which if taken in excess by very young children may be harmful. Do not take if you are allergic to soya. If taking anticoagulants (blood thinners)
• do not take except on the advice of a doctor. Store below 25°C in a dry place
• out of sight and reach of children.
