Daflon 500 mg

Indication

Venotonic and vasoprotective agent for the treatment of symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency of the legs (heavy legs, pain, swelling) and for the treatment of acute and chronic haemorrhoidal disease.

Ingredients

• Micronized purified flavonoid fraction 500 mg (Diosmin 450 mg + flavonoids expressed as hesperidin 50 mg)

Direction

For oral use. Chronic venous insufficiency: usually 2 tablets daily. Acute haemorrhoidal attack: higher doses for a few days as directed by a physician. Take with food.

Side effects

• May occasionally cause mild gastrointestinal upset
• diarrhoea or headache. If any unusual reaction occurs
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant or breastfeeding. For an acute haemorrhoidal attack
• do not prolong treatment without medical advice.
