Indication

Ingredients

Direction

Take orally twice daily with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water at the same times each day.

Side effects

• Easy bruising
• Nosebleeds
• Bleeding gums
• Nausea
• Anemia
• Blood in urine or stool

Precautions

• High risk of serious bleeding
• Not for prosthetic heart valves
• Renal impairment requires dose adjustment
• Hepatic impairment monitoring
• Risk of spinal/epidural hematoma
• Do not stop without medical advice
