• Elevated liver enzymes

Precautions

• Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Monitor liver function tests regularly
• Avoid large amounts of grapefruit juice
• Risk of muscle pain (myopathy)
• Avoid excessive alcohol consumption
