Indication

- Functional dyspepsia - Gastroesophageal reflux disease - Chronic gastritis - Irritable bowel syndrome - Diabetic gastroparesis

Ingredients
  • Levosulpiride
Direction

Take orally, usually 25mg three times daily. It is most effective when taken 30 minutes before meals.

Side effects
  • Absence of menstruation
  • Milky nipple discharge
  • Breast enlargement in men
  • Drowsiness or fatigue
  • Involuntary muscle movements
Precautions
  • Contraindicated in Parkinson's disease
  • Avoid in patients with epilepsy
  • Do not use in mania
  • Monitor for hyperprolactinemia
  • Risk of extrapyramidal symptoms
