Indication

- Essential hypertension - Management of high blood pressure - Replacement therapy for patients already controlled on individual components

Ingredients

• Telmisartan and Amlodipine

Direction

Take one tablet orally once daily with or without food. Tablets should be taken at the same time each day for best results.

Side effects

• Peripheral edema
• Dizziness
• Fatigue
• Headache
• Somnolence

Precautions

• Contraindicated during pregnancy (fetal toxicity)
• Avoid use with aliskiren in diabetic patients
• Monitor for hypotension and electrolyte imbalance
• Use caution with severe hepatic or renal impairment
• Risk of angioedema
