MIRALGING Paracetamol 400 mg + Caffeine 62.5 mg + Codeine phosphate 20 mg

Indication

- Severe acute pain - Post-operative pain - Spasmodic pain (colic) - High fever resistant to other treatments

Ingredients

• Metamizole Sodium (Dipyrone)

Direction

Take orally with water. Adults usually take 500mg to 1000mg up to four times daily as prescribed.

Side effects

• Agranulocytosis (rare but serious)
• Hypotension
• Nausea
• Skin rash
• Red discoloration of urine

Precautions

• Risk of severe agranulocytosis
• History of blood disorders
• Severe liver or kidney disease
• Hypersensitivity to pyrazolone derivatives
• Avoid in late pregnancy
