Indication

Combination of an angiotensin II receptor antagonist and a thiazide diuretic for the treatment of high blood pressure not adequately controlled by either agent alone.

Ingredients

• Losartan potassium 50 mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg (per film
• coated tablet)

Direction

Please read the package insert inside. Store in a well-closed container, in a dry place. Protect from light. Do not store above 30°C. Take as directed by the physician.
