Indication

Calcium, vitamin D and mineral supplementation to support bone strength and flexibility and muscle strength in adults aged 50 years and over.

Ingredients

• Calcium 600 mg (as calcium carbonate)
• Vitamin D3 12.5 µg (500 IU)
• Magnesium 50 mg
• Zinc 7.5 mg
• Copper 500 µg
• Manganese 1.75 mg

Direction

Adults aged 50 years and over: take one tablet twice daily with liquid after a meal, taking each tablet with a different meal.
