Cortibion Dermal Cream Dexamethasone acetate 0.05% + Chloramphenicol 2%

Indication

Short-term topical treatment of steroid-responsive inflammatory skin conditions with suspected susceptible bacterial infection, only when prescribed.

Ingredients

• Each 100 g contains dexamethasone acetate 50 mg and chloramphenicol 2 g (0.05% and 2%).

Direction

Apply a thin layer to the affected skin exactly as directed by a clinician or the package leaflet. Wash hands after use unless treating the hands.

• color change or secondary infection
• prolonged or large
• area use increases steroid absorption.

Precautions

• Prescription topical antibiotic
• steroid. External skin use only
• avoid eyes
• mouth
• large areas
• wounds and prolonged use. Do not use for fungal or viral lesions. Stop and seek advice if worse or not improving.
