Indication

Topical treatment of susceptible bacterial eye infections; use only as directed by a physician.

Ingredients

• Ofloxacin 3 mg/mL
• Benzalkonium chloride preservative

Direction

Use the drops exactly as directed by a physician or pharmacist. Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or other surfaces.
