Indication

Adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus when both medicines are appropriate.

Ingredients

• Empagliflozin 12.5 mg
• Metformin hydrochloride 1000 mg

Direction

Take with a meal exactly as directed by the physician.
