Indication

Neocilor (desloratadine 2.5 mg) is a second-generation antihistamine indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria in children.

Ingredients

• Desloratadine 2.5 mg

Direction

Children 6–11 years: 1 tablet (2.5 mg) once daily. Take with or without food.

Side effects

• Headache.
• Fatigue.
• Dry mouth.
• Somnolence (rare).

Precautions

• Use with caution in severe renal impairment.
• Not recommended for children under 6 years at this tablet strength.
• Consult a physician before use in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
