Indication

Treatment of magnesium deficiency and symptoms that may suggest deficiency, including nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, minor sleep disturbance, muscle cramps, and tingling.

Ingredients

• Magnesium 122 mg as magnesium pidolate 1500 mg per 10 mL

Direction

Dilute the ampoule in half a glass of water. Adults usually take 3 to 4 ampoules per day in divided doses with meals, according to the package leaflet.
