Indication

Cutacnyl® gel is used for topical treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris, including acne with papules, pustules, and comedones.

Ingredients

• Benzoyl Peroxide 5% w/w (gel)

Direction

Adults and adolescents: apply a thin layer to the affected areas once or twice daily after washing and drying the face. Start with once daily application to assess tolerance. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes.

Side effects

• Skin dryness

• and redness at application site (common).
• Mild burning or stinging sensation.
• Allergic contact dermatitis (uncommon).

Precautions

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes
• lips
• mouth
• and mucous membranes.
• Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
• May bleach hair
• colored fabrics
• and clothing.
• Use sunscreen when outdoors — benzoyl peroxide may increase photosensitivity.
• Do not use if hypersensitive to benzoyl peroxide.
• Keep out of reach of children.
