Woods' Peppermint Guaifenesin 50 mg/5 mL; sodium benzoate 0.12% w/v

Indication

Relief of productive cough and assistance with mucus clearance.

Ingredients

• Guaifenesin 50 mg and sodium benzoate 0.12% w/v per 5 mL

Direction

Shake well before use. Children 2–6 years: 5 mL; children 6–12 years: 10 mL every 4 hours or as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Nausea
• vomiting or stomach discomfort may occur.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose. Seek medical advice if cough persists or worsens.
