Indication

Food supplement providing calcium and vitamin D3 to help bones and teeth develop and to help prevent osteoporosis. For adults, children over 4 years, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and people at risk of calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency.

Ingredients

• Calcium carbonate 400 mg
• Vitamin D3 200 IU

Direction

Oral route. Swallow the soft capsule whole with a glass of water, 15-30 minutes before or after a meal. Children 4-18 years: 1 capsule 2-3 times daily. Adults 19-50 years: 1 capsule 2-3 times daily. Adults over 51 years: 2 capsules 2-3 times daily. Pregnancy and lactation: 1 capsule 2-3 times daily.

Side effects
