Winamol 120 mg/5 ml

Indication

For fever and relief of mild to moderate pain.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol BP 120 mg/5 ml

Direction

Oral. Shake well before use. 10-15 mg/kg per dose every 4-6 hours. 3 months-1 year: 2.5-5 ml; 1-5 years: 5-10 ml. Doses may be given every 4-6 hours if necessary, up to a maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours. Refer to the package insert.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to paracetamol or any ingredient
• Do not exceed the stated dose
• do not take with other paracetamol
• containing products
• Use with caution in liver or kidney impairment
• chronic alcohol use or malnutrition
• Seek medical advice if fever lasts more than 3 days or pain more than 5 days
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Keep out of reach of children
