Goldamox 250 mg

Indication

Penicillin antibiotic for bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms, such as ear, nose and throat infections (otitis media, sinusitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis), respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections and skin and soft-tissue infections. Not effective against viral infections such as colds or flu.

Ingredients

• Amoxicillin (as trihydrate) 250 mg per sachet

Direction

Prescription medicine; dosage as directed by the physician. Put the contents of one sachet in 10-20 ml of water, shake until a suspension forms and take immediately. Space doses evenly through the day, at least 4 hours apart, and complete the full course prescribed.

• Do not use if allergic to penicillins or cephalosporins
• Prescription medicine
• use only as directed by a physician and complete the full course
• Use with caution in kidney impairment and infectious mononucleosis (risk of rash)
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Keep out of reach of children
