Indication

Antacid suspension for the relief of symptoms of excess stomach acid such as heartburn, gastric discomfort, nausea, bloating and indigestion (dyspepsia), including symptoms associated with gastritis and peptic ulcer.

Ingredients

• Magnesium trisilicate 300 mg
• Aluminium hydroxide dried gel 300 mg
• Simethicone 50 mg

Direction

Oral use. Adults: 1-2 sachets per dose, 3-4 times daily, preferably 1 hour after meals and at bedtime. Children 6-12 years: ½-1 sachet per dose, 3-4 times daily. Read the package insert carefully before use.

Precautions

• Do not use in severe kidney impairment
• Take other medicines at least 2 hours apart
• as antacids may reduce their absorption
• Do not use for more than 2 weeks without medical advice
• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or if there is vomiting
• black stools or weight loss
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use in pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Keep out of reach of children
