Indication

Treatment of single or mixed intestinal worm infections, including roundworm, hookworm, whipworm, pinworm and threadworm (Strongyloides).

Ingredients

• Albendazole BP 400 mg
• Ivermectin BP 6 mg

Direction

Take as directed by the physician; usually one tablet as a single dose. Chew the tablet before swallowing. Read the enclosed leaflet before use.

Side effects

• Headache
• dizziness or drowsiness
• Nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhoea or abdominal pain
• Fever
• itching or skin rash
• Rarely
• changes in liver function tests or a low white blood cell count

Precautions

• Do not use during pregnancy
• Do not use if allergic to albendazole
• ivermectin or any other ingredient
• Use with caution in liver or kidney disease
• Prescription medicine – use only as directed by a physician
• Keep out of reach of children
