Indication
Extra-strength fast relief of cold and flu symptoms: fever, headache, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion and cough-related discomfort.
Ingredients
- Cetirizine dihydrochloride 5 mg
- Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg
- Paracetamol 500 mg
Direction
As directed by the physician. To be dispensed by prescription.
Side effects
- Drowsiness
- dizziness or tiredness
- Dry mouth
- Nervousness
- restlessness or difficulty sleeping
- Fast or pounding heartbeat
- raised blood pressure
- Nausea or stomach upset
- Rarely
- allergic skin reactions
- stop use and seek medical help
- Liver damage with overdose of paracetamol
Precautions
- Do not exceed the stated dose
- do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol (risk of liver damage)
- Consult a doctor before use if you have liver or kidney disease
- or drink alcohol regularly
- Consult a doctor before use if you have high blood pressure

- thyroid disease
- diabetes
- glaucoma or an enlarged prostate
