Ingredients
- Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 25 mg
Direction
Chew 2-4 tablets daily, or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated at the recommended dose
- High doses may cause stomach upset
- heartburn or diarrhoea
