Indication

Relieves symptoms of the common cold in children and adults: nasal discharge/congestion, sneezing, throat pain, cough, sputum, chills, fever, headache, joint pain and muscle pain.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen 650 mg/100 ml
• Chlorpheniramine maleate 4.15 mg/100 ml
• Dextromethorphan HBr 26.65 mg/100 ml

• Methylephedrine HCl 33.3 mg/100 ml
• Guaifenesin 140 mg/100 ml
• Thiamine nitrate 10 mg/100 ml
• Riboflavin 5 mg/100 ml

Direction

Take orally every 4 hours after meals and at bedtime as needed. 15 years and over: 30 ml; 11-15 years: 20 ml; 7-11 years: 15 ml; 3-7 years: 10 ml; 1-3 years: 7.5 ml; 3 months-1 year: 5 ml. Not recommended under 3 months.

Precautions

• Do not use if hypersensitive to any ingredient
• or with a history of asthma caused by antipyretic
• analgesics.
• Do not use in infants under 3 months.
• Do not use with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants
• antipsychotics
• anti
• parkinson drugs) or within 2 weeks of stopping them.
• Contains acetaminophen: do not take with other acetaminophen/paracetamol products.
• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving and alcohol.
