Indication

Treatment and prophylaxis of vitamin E deficiency. Natural vitamin E helps maintain skin beauty, slows the progression of ageing and helps prevent wrinkles; antioxidant that protects cells from damage caused by free radicals.

Direction

One softgel capsule daily, or as directed by a physician. Swallow with water, preferably with a meal.

• Generally well tolerated at the recommended dose
• High doses may cause nausea

Precautions

• Use with caution with anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin) or in vitamin K deficiency
• as vitamin E may increase bleeding risk.
