Doliprane Vitamine C 500 mg / 150 mg

Indication

Pain and/or fever such as headache, flu-like symptoms, toothache, aches and pains and menstrual pain.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 150 mg

Direction

Oral use. Dissolve the tablet completely in a glass of water and drink immediately. Adults and children over 50 kg: 1-2 tablets per dose, at least 4 hours apart, maximum 6 tablets per day. Children 27-50 kg: 1 tablet per dose, at least 4-6 hours apart, dose by weight as per the leaflet. Do not take other paracetamol-containing medicines.

Side effects

• Rare allergic reactions such as skin rash
• hives or swelling.
• Very rarely
• changes in blood counts (e.g. low platelets) or serious skin reactions.
• Overdose can cause serious
• possibly fatal liver damage.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist if unsure
• stop use and seek advice if an allergic reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Overdose = danger: too much of this medicine can destroy your liver.
• Do not use if allergic to paracetamol or vitamin C
• with severe liver disease
• or with a history of kidney stones (vitamin C).
• Each tablet contains sodium (about 390 mg): take into account on a low
• salt diet.
• Not recommended in pregnancy
• consult a doctor or pharmacist if pregnant or breastfeeding
• or if pain lasts over 5 days or fever over 3 days.
