Indication

One-step rapid immunochromatographic test strip for the qualitative detection of antibody to hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAb / anti-HBs) in whole blood, serum or plasma, e.g. to check immunity after hepatitis B vaccination or infection. For in vitro diagnostic use only.

Ingredients

• 50 HBsAb test strips
• 2 buffers
• 1 package insert

Direction

Bring the strip and specimen to room temperature. Remove the strip from the sealed pouch and dip it into or apply the serum/plasma specimen as directed (for whole blood, add the specimen followed by buffer), then read the result within the time stated in the package insert. C and T lines = positive (antibody present); C line only = negative; no C line = invalid.
