Indication

Lumbar support belt that protects the lower spine when injured or at risk of injury from improper posture or overexertion. Used to prevent lumbar injury in at-risk people (elderly, osteoporosis, prolonged standing/sitting work such as drivers, police, surgeons, office workers); for lumbar spondylosis/degeneration or injury (as prescribed), acute or chronic low back pain, sciatica, back pain after lifting or strain, and support after lumbar spine surgery or traction (as prescribed by a doctor).

Direction

Choose the size by waist circumference (S 50–65 cm, M 65–80, L 80–95, XL 95–110, XXL 110–125 cm). 1) Release the elastic support straps at the back of the belt. 2) Stretch the belt and wrap it around the waist in the correct position. 3) Pull the back elastic straps tight enough and fasten them at the front. Do not wear while sleeping.
