Indication

Short-term treatment of moderate to severe pain in adults and adolescents 12 years and older when a combination of tramadol and paracetamol is considered necessary.

Ingredients

• Tramadol hydrochloride 37.5 mg
• Paracetamol 325 mg

Direction

To be dispensed only on the prescription of a registered physician. Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: usually 2 tablets initially, then as directed, with at least 6 hours between doses; do not exceed 8 tablets per day. Read the package leaflet before use.

Side effects

• Nausea
• vomiting or constipation
• Dizziness
• drowsiness or headache
• Sweating and dry mouth
• Risk of dependence with prolonged use
• Rarely seizures
• serotonin syndrome or breathing difficulty

Precautions

• Prescription only
• do not take with other paracetamol
• or tramadol
• containing products
• Do not use with alcohol
• sedatives
• MAO inhibitors
• or in uncontrolled epilepsy
• Use with caution in liver or kidney impairment and respiratory problems
• May cause drowsiness: do not drive or operate machinery
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
