Indication

Relief of pain, inflammation and swelling, such as after surgery or injury, dental pain, and painful musculoskeletal and joint conditions.

Ingredients

• Serratiopeptidase
• Diclofenac potassium
• Paracetamol

Direction

As directed by the physician; usually 1 tablet twice daily after food. Swallow whole with water. Do not take other paracetamol- or NSAID-containing products at the same time.

Side effects

• Stomach pain
• heartburn
• nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhoea or indigestion
• Headache
• dizziness or skin rash
• Rarely stomach bleeding or ulcers
• liver or kidney problems
• raised blood pressure or serious allergic reactions
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any side effect occurs.

Precautions

• Prescription medicine
• use only as directed by a physician. Contains paracetamol: do not exceed the prescribed dose because overdose can cause serious liver damage
• avoid alcohol.
• Do not use if allergic to aspirin or other NSAIDs
• or with active stomach ulcer or bleeding
• severe heart
• liver or kidney failure
• or in the last trimester of pregnancy.
• Take with or after food
• use with caution in asthma
• high blood pressure
• heart disease and in the elderly.
• Consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
