Ibufen 200 mg

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate painful conditions and/or fever.

Ingredients

• Ibuprofen 200 mg

Direction

Adults, the elderly and adolescents over 12 years: 1 or 2 tablets up to 3 times a day as needed. Leave at least 4 hours between doses and do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. Read the leaflet carefully before use.

Side effects

• Stomach pain
• heartburn
• nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhoea or indigestion
• Headache
• dizziness or skin rash
• Rarely stomach bleeding or ulcers
• liver or kidney problems
• raised blood pressure or serious allergic reactions
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any side effect occurs.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Consult a doctor if pain lasts more than 5 days or fever more than 3 days.
• Do not use if allergic to aspirin or other NSAIDs
• or with active stomach ulcer or bleeding
• severe heart
• liver or kidney failure
• or in the last trimester of pregnancy.
• Take with or after food
• use with caution in asthma
• high blood pressure
• heart disease and in the elderly.
• Consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
