Doliprane 300 mg (powder for oral solution, sachet)

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever, such as headache, flu-like symptoms, toothache and muscle aches.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 300 mg

Direction

Oral use, dose by the child's weight (16 to 48 kg): 1 sachet per dose, repeated if needed after at least 6 hours, without exceeding 4 sachets per day. Shake the sachet, pour the contents into a glass, add a small amount of drink (water, milk, fruit juice), stir and drink immediately. Read the leaflet.

Side effects

• Rarely skin rash
• itching or allergic reactions
• Very rarely blood disorders (low platelets or white cells)
• Liver damage in case of overdose
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Overdose = danger: too much of this medicine can destroy the liver
• Do not take any other medicine that contains paracetamol
• Use with caution in liver or kidney disease
• chronic alcohol use
• malnutrition or dehydration
• Consult a doctor if pain lasts more than 5 days or fever more than 3 days
• Contains sucrose and sodium benzoate.
