RIVIFLAM (Ibuprofen & Paracetamol) 100ml

Indication

RIVIFLAM is a combination antipyretic and analgesic suspension for children, used to relieve fever, mild to moderate pain associated with teething, headache, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Ingredients

• Ibuprofen 100 mg per 5 ml
• Paracetamol 250 mg per 5 ml

Direction

Children: dose is based on body weight and age as directed by a physician. Typically 5–10 ml (depending on concentration) every 6–8 hours as needed. Shake well before use. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.

• Allergic reactions (rash

• Gastrointestinal irritation from ibuprofen component.

Precautions

• Do not use with other products containing paracetamol or ibuprofen simultaneously.
• Avoid in children with known hypersensitivity to paracetamol or NSAIDs.
• Use with caution in children with renal or hepatic impairment.
• Do not use in children under 3 months without medical advice.
• Ibuprofen may worsen asthma in susceptible children.
• Consult a doctor if fever persists for more than 3 days.
