Daneuron Film coated tablets

Indication

Daneuron film-coated tablets are a neurotropic vitamin supplement used for the management of peripheral neuropathies including diabetic neuropathy, nutritional neuropathy, and other conditions associated with deficiency of B vitamins. The combination supports nerve function and regeneration.

Ingredients

• Methylcobalamin 500 mcg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 100 mg
• Folic acid 1 mg

Direction

Adults: 1 tablet 1–3 times daily, or as directed by a doctor. Take with or after food.

Side effects

• Peripheral sensory neuropathy with prolonged high
• dose Vitamin B6.
• Nausea or gastrointestinal discomfort.
• Allergic reactions (rare).

Precautions

• High doses of pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) taken long
• term may cause sensory neuropathy.
• Consult a doctor during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Not for use in patients with megaloblastic anaemia without medical evaluation for cobalamin or folate deficiency.
• Keep out of reach of children.
