Ingredients

• Iron (as ferrous gluconate) 30 mg
• Vitamin C 40 mg
• Vitamin B12 12.5 mcg
• Folic Acid 400 mcg
• Zinc 15 mg

Direction

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
