Indication

Locetine-1 is a second-generation antihistamine used for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, chronic urticaria, and other allergic skin conditions.

Ingredients

• Cetirizine hydrochloride 10 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1 tablet (10 mg) once daily. Children 6–11 years: 5 mg once daily. May be taken with or without food.

Side effects

• Drowsiness or sedation.
• Dry mouth.
• Headache.
• Fatigue.
• Nausea.

Precautions

• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating heavy machinery until you know how it affects you.
• Avoid alcohol.
• Reduce dose in renal impairment.
• Keep out of reach of children.
