AMOXMASTER Amoxicillin Capsules 500mg

Indication

Treatment of mild to moderate bacterial infections including respiratory tract infections, ear and throat infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and dental infections.

Ingredients

• Amoxicillin trihydrate 500mg (as capsules)

Direction

Adults: 500mg three times daily. For severe infections: 500mg–1g three times daily. Take with or without food. Complete the full course.

Side effects

• Diarrhoea
• nausea
• vomiting.
• Skin rash
• urticaria.
• Rare: severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis).

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to penicillin or cephalosporins.
• Inform your doctor about all medications currently being taken.
• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment.
• Complete the full prescribed course.
• Keep out of reach of children.
