Indication

Treatment and prevention of B vitamin deficiencies, including peripheral neuropathy, fatigue, and metabolic disorders requiring parenteral B-vitamin supplementation.

Ingredients

• Thiamine HCl (B1) 1mg
• Riboflavin (B2) 4mg
• Nicotinamide (B3) 40mg
• Pyridoxine HCl (B6) 4mg
• Dexpanthenol (B5) 6mg
• 2mL injection

Direction

Administer by intramuscular (I.M.) or intravenous (I.V.) injection as directed by a physician. Typical adult dose: 1 ampoule (2mL) once daily or as prescribed.

Side effects

• Injection site pain.
• Rare: allergic reactions including anaphylaxis.
• Flushing (related to nicotinamide).
