Indication

Symptomatic relief of cold and flu symptoms including fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, headache, and body aches.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500mg
• Pseudoephedrine HCl 30mg
• Chlorphenamine maleate 2mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.

Side effects

• Drowsiness (chlorphenamine)
• Dry mouth
• Insomnia or restlessness (pseudoephedrine)
• Palpitations
• Urinary retention

Precautions

• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Avoid in patients with severe hypertension
• heart disease
• hyperthyroidism
• or closed
• angle glaucoma.
• May cause drowsiness — avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Not for use in children under 12 years without medical advice.
