Indication

Relief of cold and flu symptoms in children including fever, runny nose, nasal congestion, and headache.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 125mg per 5ml
• Chlorphenamine maleate 1mg per 5ml
• Phenylephrine HCl 2.5mg per 5ml

Direction

Children (2–6 years): 5ml every 4–6 hours as needed. Children (6–12 years): 10ml every 4–6 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. Shake well before use.

Side effects

• Drowsiness (chlorphenamine)
• Dry mouth
• Excitability in children
• Palpitations (phenylephrine)

Precautions

• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Avoid in children with severe hypertension or heart disease.
• May cause drowsiness.
• Not for use in infants under 2 years without medical advice.
