Bioplaceton 15g

Indication

Bioplacenton gel is used for wound healing, including burns, chronic wounds, and post-surgical wounds. Placenta extract promotes tissue regeneration and wound healing; neomycin provides antibacterial protection to prevent secondary infection.

Ingredients

• Placenta extract 10%
• Neomycin sulfate 0.5%

Direction

Clean the wound gently. Apply a thin layer of gel to the affected area 2–3 times daily, or as directed by a physician. May be covered with a light dressing if needed.

Side effects

• Local skin irritation or allergic contact dermatitis (especially to neomycin)
• Sensitization with prolonged use (neomycin)

Precautions

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not use on patients with known hypersensitivity to neomycin.
• Prolonged or extensive use of neomycin
• containing preparations may increase risk of sensitization and systemic absorption.
• Consult a physician if infection worsens or wound does not heal.
• Keep out of reach of children.
