Indication
- Cognitive impairment and memory loss - Cortical myoclonus treatment - Age-related cognitive decline - Vertigo and related balance disorders - Adjuvant in dyslexia management
Ingredients
- Piracetam
Direction
Take orally with water, with or without food. Usually administered as 800 mg two to three times daily as prescribed.
Side effects
- Nervousness and irritability
- Sleep disturbances or insomnia
- Weight gain
- Fatigue or drowsiness
- Hyperkinesia
Precautions
- Avoid in severe renal impairment
- Contraindicated in cerebral hemorrhage
- Do not stop treatment abruptly
- Caution in patients with coagulation issues
