Indication
Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid reflux
Ingredients
- Dexlansoprazole 60mg
Direction
Adults: 1 capsule (60mg) once daily, swallowed whole. Can be taken without regard to food. Do not crush or chew.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- abdominal pain
- nausea
- flatulence
- upper respiratory tract infection
- vomiting
Precautions
- Not recommended in patients with severe hepatic impairment. Long
- term use may increase risk of bone fractures and magnesium deficiency. Rule out gastric malignancy before starting treatment.
