Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus
Ingredients
- Empagliflozin 12.5mg
- Metformin Hydrochloride BP 500mg

Side effects
- Common: abdominal pain
- decreased appetite
- diarrhea
- genital fungal infections
- metallic taste
- nausea
- polyuria
- urinary tract infections. Rare: acute kidney injury
- diabetic ketoacidosis
- hypotension
- lactic acidosis
- necrotizing fasciitis of perineum (Fournier's gangrene)
- vitamin B12 deficiency.
Precautions
- Keep medicine out of reach of children. Approved colour used.
