Treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, chronic musculoskeletal pain, and dental surgery pain

Side effects
- Headache
- dizziness
- hypertension
- edema
- upper abdominal pain
- heartburn
- nausea. Rare: cardiovascular thrombotic events
- GI bleeding.
Precautions
- Contraindicated in severe hepatic/renal impairment
- active GI bleeding
- uncontrolled hypertension
- and ischemic heart disease. Monitor blood pressure.
