Indication
Treatment of fungal skin infections including tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, tinea manus, cutaneous candidiasis, tinea versicolor, and seborrhoeic dermatitis
Ingredients
- Ketoconazole 2% w/w
Direction
Apply to affected and surrounding area once or twice daily. Continue for a few days after symptoms disappear. Tinea versicolor: apply once daily for 2-3 weeks.
Side effects
- Local irritation
- burning
- stinging
- itching at application site (uncommon)
Precautions
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If no improvement after 4 weeks
- review diagnosis.
