Indication
Treatment of hypertension and chronic stable angina pectoris
Ingredients
- Amlodipine 10mg (as Amlodipine Besylate)
Direction
Adults: 10mg once daily. Take at the same time each day with or without food.
Side effects
- Peripheral oedema
- headache
- dizziness
- flushing
- fatigue
- nausea
- palpitations
- somnolence
Precautions
- Use with caution in severe hepatic impairment
- heart failure
- and aortic stenosis. Not recommended in pregnancy.
