Indication
- Allergic rhinitis and urticaria - Nausea and vomiting - Motion sickness - Sedation and insomnia - Pre-operative sedation
Ingredients
- Promethazine Hydrochloride
Direction
Take orally as directed by a physician. For motion sickness, take the first dose 30 to 60 minutes before travel.
Side effects
- Significant drowsiness
- Dry mouth and throat
- Blurred vision
- Constipation
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
Precautions
- Contraindicated in children under 2 years
- May cause severe respiratory depression
- Avoid alcohol and other sedatives
- Risk of narrow
- angle glaucoma
- Caution in patients with asthma
