Indication

Broad spectrum dermatoses

Ingredients

• Betamethasone dipropionate 0.5mg
• Clotrimazole 10mg
• Gentamicin sulfate 1mg

Direction

Apply to affected area as directed. Read enclosed package insert for use instructions.

Side effects

• Skin irritation
• burning
• itching
• or stinging at the application site.
• Skin thinning (atrophy)
• stretch marks (striae)
• or hypopigmentation with prolonged use of the corticosteroid component.
• Contact dermatitis or allergic skin reactions.
• Adrenal suppression with extensive or prolonged application
• especially under occlusion.
• Risk of secondary fungal or bacterial superinfection if overused.
• Nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity are theoretical risks with the aminoglycoside (gentamicin) if applied over large areas or broken skin.

Precautions

• Prescription drug. Keep out of reach of children. Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
